Manager - Building & Infrastructure Service Line

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and technically competent professional to lead our Building & Infrastructure Service Line in Sri Lanka.
Role & Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Business Growth & Commercial Development
- Develop and execute the annual business strategy and growth plan for the Building & Infrastructure service line.
- Grow revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, projects, and key accounts.
- Expand Bureau Veritas market share in construction, infrastructure, transportation, renewable energy, industrial facilities, and public sector projects.
- Construction Supervision | Third Party Inspection (TPI) | Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) | Vendor Inspection | Asset Integrity Services | Technical Due Diligence | Engineering and Consulting Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, project owners, government agencies, and funding institutions.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; monitor project financial performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

- Order Intake and Sales Pipeline
- Customer Retention and Satisfaction
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- A Master's Degree (MBA or Engineering Management) will be an added advantage.
- Professional Engineering Memberships and certifications will be highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience within the Building, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Inspection, Consulting, or Project Management sectors.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior management or leadership position with direct responsibility for business performance.
- Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, industrial, and engineering project environments.
- Experience in TIC, consulting, engineering, or project services sectors will be a distinct advantage.
Remuneration
Attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits including Medical & Accident Insurance. Age: Between 25 to 45 years.
