Talentra People Management Solutions is conducting a headhunt on behalf of a leading Insurance Broking Company seeking two dynamic and results-oriented professionals to strengthen its market presence and accelerate business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire and manage new Corporate and SME insurance portfolios.
  • Generate sustainable broking revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and business expansion opportunities across multiple insurance lines.
  • Deliver agreed sales, premium, and commission income targets.
  • Support the implementation of the Company’s strategic growth and consortium business model.
  • Provide professional insurance advisory services and risk management solutions to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Corporate Insurance Sales or Broking.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate clients.
  • Established corporate client network and market relationships that can contribute to immediate business generation.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Professional qualifications in Insurance, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • Age below 50 years.
