ASSISTANT MANAGER – EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
Driving Excellence Across the Employee Journey
SANASA Life Insurance Company PLC is looking for a strategic and innovative HR professional to manage and continuously enhance the complete employee lifecycle from attraction and onboarding to development, retention, succession, and separation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Employee Life Cycle framework of the Company.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, succession planning, and exit management processes.
- Drive performance management initiatives and support performance planning cycles.
- Coordinate learning and development interventions.
- Support talent management, career development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR governance documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Generate HR analytics and workforce reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and succession opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years progressive HR experience specialized in Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Academic excellence with Bachelor’s degree obtained from a reputed university related to HR/Business management or professional HR qualification (CQHRM, PQHRM, CIHRM).
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and employee experience frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English will be an added advantage.
