We Are Hiring – Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our growing restaurant chain, consisting of six restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all restaurant outlets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability.
- Supervise and develop restaurant managers and staff.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Plan staff schedules and oversee manpower requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Drive sales growth and implement operational improvements.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and people management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, food safety, inventory control, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations.
