EXECUTIVE - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networking issues and liaising with external parties to solve complex technical issues
- Install, configure, optimize, and maintain corporate workstations, servers, and networking equipment to ensure business continuity
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential vulnerabilities and enforce information security protocols to guarantee the availability and integrity of IT networks
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions (desktops/laptops), network connectivity issues and enterprise-level software disruptions
- Oversee user lifecycle management, access control permissions and directory services while maintaining rigorous data backup and disaster recovery schedules
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and support partners to expedite issue resolution and manage IT service delivery
- Lifecycle manage, IT procurement activities, evaluate hardware/software requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation alongside an up-to-date IT asset inventory
- Drive and support the deployment, testing and rollout of new IT projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Conduct security awareness programs to educate employees about the best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and update IT policies and procedures
- Plan and budget IT software and hardware related expenditure
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, and network operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
- Proven proficiency in managing and configuring Firewalls, EDR/XDR Security Solutions, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Cloud environments
- Solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure design, network management, and modern information security frameworks
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
