Executive - Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant machinery, utilities, and critical systems (e.g., HVAC, compressors).
- Lead maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor performance.
- Oversee maintenance team performance and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, ESH, and statutory requirements in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset management, and equipment lifecycle planning.
- Evaluate technical quotations and support asset management and equipment lifecycle planning.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment, including supervisory experience.
- Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance, utilities, and plant machinery.
- Good understanding of GMP, Quality, and ESH requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
