Housekeeping Executive

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the training and onboarding process for home cleaning staff, including developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere with the documentation compliance and make sure that all the processes are in order.
  • Engage with site inspection & share accurate documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management from a reputed institute
  • 5 - 7 years experience as a Housekeeping executive / Training executive / Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
