Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing brand marketing plans and campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional, digital, and social media activities.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and communications.
- Work closely with activation, Media, creative and digital agencies to implement marketing initiatives.
- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Co-ordinate all marketing-related payments.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Business management, Communications, or a related field or CIM or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
