Accountant / Assistant Accountant (Female)
Narrowflow (Pvt.) Ltd is a newly established manufacturing company specializing in producing high-quality narrow tape elastic products. Core Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end product costing, maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), and perform monthly variance analysis on raw materials, labor and factory overheads.

- Financial Reporting
- Ledger Management
- Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Tax & Compliance
- Data Analysis
- Inventory Management
- Bank and Regulatory Authority Liaison
- Payroll Processing
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Member/Passed Finalist of ICASL (Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka) or CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants UK)
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience. Prior experience in Accounting in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., TALLY (Manufacturing Module) QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or SAP and advanced MS Excel)
- High level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential data ethically
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
- Team Player, Strong Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Sinhala
