Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle admissions, appointment bookings, inquiries, and patient registrations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data using computerized hospital systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and patient service.
- Support general administrative and front office tasks as required.
Requirements
- Pass G.C.E. A/L
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with computerized systems.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
