TRAINEE STUDENT ADMISSION COUNSELLORS

THE ROLE
- Engage with prospective students through multiple communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, A/L education providers, partners and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote campus programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute enrolment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and enrolled students.
- Provide accurate, personalized guidance on academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment.
- Plan and execute outreach activities to generate leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in customer handling, call centre operation, sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Excellent proficiency in English and either Sinhala or Tamil.
