SALES ADMIN MANAGER

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Administration within the FMCG industry or Any.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/SFA systems, sales order processing, distributor management, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales administration processes and controls.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales administration process.
  • Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
  • Monitor credit control, pricing, and sales documentation.
  • Supervise sales administration staff and daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Distribution teams.
  • Resolve operational issues and support efficient sales operations.
