SENIOR OPERATION EXECUTIVE / OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Location: Head Office (Narahenpita)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Coordinate transport, warehouse, plant, and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to company operations and client locations to monitor activities, ensure operational compliance, and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Monitor operational performance & ensure achievement of operational targets.
- Supervise fleet operations, vehicle utilization, maintenance, and fuel management.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity.
- Monitor GPS tracking and Dash Cam systems to improve fleet performance and safety.
- Maintain operational reports, records, and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, & safety standards.
- Conduct operational audits & identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate operational issues & implement corrective actions.
- Support staff training, performance management, & continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive cost reduction strategies such as route optimization, load consolidation, and reverse logistics.
- Develop customer-focused solutions including shared transport models, hub-and-spoke distribution, and flexible pricing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, transport, warehouse, or fleet management.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications & operational management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Sound understanding of safety standards & compliance requirements.
- Candidates between 25 and 40 years of age are encouraged to apply.
