AYURVEDIC DOCTOR & WELLNESS MANAGER
Ayu Wellness Wilpattu, a new nature-based wellness retreat near Wilpattu National Park, is seeking an experienced Ayurvedic Doctor & Wellness Manager to lead our wellness operation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate is a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who also brings strong experience in hospitality and leisure. This is a dual role: delivering authentic Ayurvedic care and consultations while managing the day-to-day operations of the wellness facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct guest consultations and prescribe personalised Ayurvedic treatment plans
- Oversee all wellness programmes, therapies, and treatment quality
- Manage the wellness team, scheduling, and standards of service
- Coordinate with resort operations to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Maintain treatment records, hygiene, and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Recognised qualification in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS or equivalent)
- Proven experience in the leisure, resort, or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest-facing communication
