We manage premium luxury condominiums & Grade-A commercial buildings in Colombo & Rajagiriya. This is a hands-on management role for an experienced engineering professional, ready to manage full asset performance.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical
- Excellent spoken + written English required
FACILITIES MANAGER
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in senior project management OR senior facilities management roles
- Proven track record managing large teams, budgets, and complex building systems
- Experience with luxury condominiums, commercial towers, or institutional assets preferred
Competencies
- End-to-end preventive + predictive maintenance strategy
- Budget planning, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX management, energy efficiency programs
- Statutory compliance, HSE, documentation & client reporting
- Leading, training, and motivating multi-disciplinary engineering + admin teams
- Excellent professional references from previous employers/ clients required
CHIEF ENGINEER
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of work experience and 3 year in a senior engineering management role
Competencies
- LV/MV electrical distribution & standby power generation, Central chiller plants, cooling towers, pumps & large package A/C units, Building Management Systems (BMS), fire alarm & life safety systems, Elevators, escalators, water treatment & sewage systems.
- Preventive & predictive maintenance planning, energy efficiency programs, Documentation, reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations, Leading, training, and motivating multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
