Executive – Facilities

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive – Facilities to manage staff and workers’ accommodation operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment.

KEY RESULT AREA'S

  • Accommodation Management
    • Ensure smooth operation of staff and worker accommodations by maintaining & managing cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility standards while optimizing space and occupancy.
  • Meal & Catering Administration
    • Oversee and manage daily meal operations, including food ordering, preparation, and distribution, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality while effectively supervising kitchen staff and catering arrangements.
  • Waste Management
    • Implement and monitor effective waste collection, segregation, and disposal practices in line with health, safety, and project requirements
  • Employee Relations & Discipline
    • Maintain a positive living environment by addressing grievances, enforcing accommodation policies, and promoting respectful and disciplined behavior.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination
    • Manage biometric attendance systems, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate with the payroll team for timely processing and pay slip distribution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in facilities management, dormitory operations, or manpower management preferred
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and accommodation management standards is an advantage
  • Overseas work experience will be an added advantage
  • The selected candidate will be required to work at our project site in Maldives
