The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a modern trade strategy for the company, with a strong emphasis on key accounts and channels to drive business growth. He/she will manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Leading and mentoring a team dedicated to modern trade will be a vital aspect of the role.
Providing coaching and support to help them to achieve their targets. Additionally, the role will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, enabling the company to adopt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
