ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES (POLYMER PRODUCTS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage sales of polymer raw materials and specialty ingredients.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical and commercial solutions to customers in the polymer industry.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with principals and internal technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in polymer raw materials, specialty chemicals, or related products.
- Strong technical knowledge of polymer applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
