Accounts Receivable Executive

United States Business Exposure | Hybrid / WFH Options

Are you an Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to support our USA based sister company and be part of a growing finance team.

What You'll Do

n
• Monitor and review weekly aging reports for overdue debtors
n
• Making sure all tasks, sub tasks and comments are entered into system within a timely fashion
n
• Contacting clients via email and telephone requesting payment of outstanding invoices
n
• Dealing with internal and external client disputes / queries
n
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in Finance Operations, Sales & Sales Operations
n
• Performing reconciliations on unallocated or unidentified payments
n
• Complete any other ad-hoc requests as required by the head office
n
• Work closely with peers to develop short term and long-term strategies to maintain healthy Accounts Receivable balance in achieving KPI's of our sister company.
n

What We're Looking For

n
• 2–3 years' experience in Accounts Payable (BPO / multinational experience is an advantage)
n
• Part qualification in ACCA / CIMA / CA
n
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
n
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
n
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
n
• Experience in an ERP system will be an advantage
n

Working Hours

n
• Monday – Thursday: 12.30 PM – 9.30 PM
n
• Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
