PROJECT ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION

We are looking for a results-driven Project Engineer to manage showroom construction and renovation projects. This role requires strong civil engineering expertise combined with practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction and renovation of retail showrooms, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and MEP teams (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments for new showroom locations
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor project budgets
- Ensure high-quality finishes aligned with brand standards and customer experience expectations
- Supervise site work, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial construction or retail fit-outs
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (MEP coordination)
- Strong project management and contractor handling skills
- Experience in showroom, retail, or commercial interior projects is a definite advantage
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites
