Automation & Integration Engineer (Forward-Deployed Engineer)
RPA • APIs • Custom Code • Enterprise Integrations
Effectz.AI builds enterprise-grade AI and automation platforms for large organisations. Our systems are mission-critical, so reliability, ownership, and practical problem-solving matter.
This is not a low-code-only role.
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with client and internal teams to understand real operational bottlenecks and build reliable end-to-end automation. You may use Power Automate where it fits, but you will also work with APIs, Python or other code, desktop/browser automation, databases, ERP systems, and legacy applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand business workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Build end-to-end automation using Power Automate, custom code, APIs, and UI automation.
- Integrate ERP, legacy, database, email, document, and third-party systems.
- Develop reliable exception handling, validation, logging, monitoring, and recovery flows.
- Support UAT with stakeholders and improve automations after deployment.
- Troubleshoot real production issues and take ownership from discovery to delivery.
What You Must Have:
- High ownership, low ego.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, systems integration, or RPA.
- Experience with Power Automate and some of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, browser and desktop automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand real business processes.
