Executive - Customer Service

We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Customer Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and network inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor daily customer service operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Prepare customer service reports and follow up on pending customer requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE standards, and service quality requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
