The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in ensuring every interaction with Kemara is warm, professional, and seamless. You will manage appointments, customer enquiries, website orders, retail sales, and day-to-day administration while helping clients discover the services and products best suited to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp and social media
- Manage bookings, payments and client records
- Process website orders and coordinate deliveries
- Promote Kemara's services, boutique products and memberships
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, wellness or administration
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Friendly, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional service
