WE ARE LOOKING FOR
BUSINESS ANALYST

- FULL TIME
- 2 - 3 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE
Prima Management Service (Private) Limited is a subsidiary of the Singapore based, multinational conglomerate, the Prima Group of Companies head quartered in Singapore. We provide IT enabled services to both local & international clients. We are looking for an individual who can efficiently identify customer requirements and find the best solution for them.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years work experience in similar capacity.
- Strong English writing and communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience with following tools is required: Figma, Confluence, Jira or other project management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participating in requirement management process, handling documentation, elicitation, communication and sign off.
- Identify business requirements accurately and document them with workflow diagrams in a meaningful manner using great writing skills to efficiently communicate business requirements of clients to software development team.
- Ensure the solution would meet the expected business outcome of the client.
- Working closely with the software development team, to ensure the newly developed solutions are technologically feasible, and financially/technically reasonable.
- Maintaining successful relationships with local and international clients.
