Part-Time for Villa Quality & Operations
Villa Merak is a premium villa committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Villa Quality & Operations Supervisor to be our eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring the property is always maintained to the highest standards.
Your Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the entire villa is guest-ready before every check-in by inspecting and coordinating all operational areas, including:
- Housekeeping and overall cleanliness
- Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas
- Kitchen cleanliness, equipment and guest amenities
- Swimming pool cleanliness and presentation
- Gardens and outdoor areas
- Staff quarters and storage areas
- Maintenance issues and repairs
- Air conditioners, appliances, lighting and Wi-Fi
- Furniture, fixtures and overall presentation
- Safety equipment and operational readiness
You will supervise housekeeping standards, identify issues, ensure corrective action is taken immediately, and submit inspection reports with photos before every guest arrival.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Passionate about cleanliness and presentation
- Proactive and able to identify problems before guests do
- Honest, reliable and professional
- Confident supervising staff and maintaining standards
- Comfortable using WhatsApp to submit reports and photos
- Experienced in hotels, villas, hospitality or property management (preferred)
Working Hours
- Part-time (approximately 3-4 hours per day, depending on villa occupancy)
- Flexible schedule based on guest arrivals and departures
