RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process inbound travel bookings, including accommodations, transfers, tours, and activities for international clients
  • Liaise closely with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery
  • Provide expert advice and detailed information about Sri Lanka's destinations, attractions, and travel options
  • Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update travel itineraries in reservation systems
  • Collaborate with the operations and tour teams to ensure smooth execution of clients' travel plans

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inbound travel reservations or related customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus
  • Strong knowledge or keen interest in Sri Lanka's tourism offerings
  • Proficiency with reservation and booking systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for travel and hospitality
