RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process inbound travel bookings, including accommodations, transfers, tours, and activities for international clients
- Liaise closely with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery
- Provide expert advice and detailed information about Sri Lanka's destinations, attractions, and travel options
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update travel itineraries in reservation systems
- Collaborate with the operations and tour teams to ensure smooth execution of clients' travel plans
Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in inbound travel reservations or related customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus
- Strong knowledge or keen interest in Sri Lanka's tourism offerings
- Proficiency with reservation and booking systems, and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for travel and hospitality
