SHOWROOM MANAGER

We invite sales professionals with a proven track record in retail sales and a pleasing personality to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as Showroom Managers at our showrooms in Colombo and Negombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage showroom staff, delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise showroom operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for decision making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and/or professional qualification in sales & marketing.
- Over 10 years of experience in retail sales with a minimum of two years experience at managerial level in a retail showroom preferably in the porcelain or homeware sector.
- Leadership and customer centricity coupled with personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, POS and ERP.
