Job Title: Engineer - RAN - (Radio Access Network)
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform RAN planning, configuration, integration, and optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks.
- Diagnose and resolve anomalies in radio interface configurations and parameter settings to maintain optimal and stable cellular network performance.
- Coordinate with Core Network, Transmission and field teams during new project launch, maintenance phase and upgrade etc..
- Prepare technical reports, parameter audits, and performance improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in RAN planning, optimization, or integration.
- Familiarity with 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, parameters, and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
