Manager – Planning (Borella)
The Job:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Manager – Planning to lead production planning and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing capacity, resources, and workflow. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor production capacity and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track order progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare planning reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of planning experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/planning systems.
