We are looking for candidates with at least 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in hot kitchen preparation and cooking techniques, along with strong leadership skills and experience supervising and mentoring kitchen teams. Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent mise en place, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, consistent food quality. A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards is essential, as is the ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes during busy service periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
