ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage client communications for managed service operations.
  • Prepare and conduct client presentations, service review meetings, and status updates.
  • Act as the point between clients and internal technical teams.
  • Follow up on incidents, service requests, escalations, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, meeting minutes, and service-related communications.
  • Support onboarding and relationship management activities for new clients.
  • Maintain professional client engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internal team activities and support operational planning where required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude, coordination skills, and professionalism.
  • Fresh graduates and interns with good potential are encouraged to apply.
