HIRING
FINANCE EXECUTIVE (BPO)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform bank, customer, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Odoo ERP
- Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
- Support statutory audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit queries
REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA, or a Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
- Experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
