Job Overview
Provide exceptional customer service by managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries and complaints, collecting customer feedback, and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience, loyalty thereby increase sales and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities & key duties
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Organize spread sheets to record customer data.
- Upload customer inquiries and information in ERP System.
- Ensure the caller details are forwarded to the Head of Sales.
- Follow up with the customer and ensure they have been attended to.
- Obtain customer feedback and inform Management.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently and Computer literate.
- Possesses a friendly and a pleasant disposition.
- Candidates living in close proximity to Kelaniya / Peliyagoda are preferred.
