VILLA MANAGER / OPERATION MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management of villa operations ensuring smooth day to day functioning
- Ensure high standards of guest service and personalized experiences
- Coordinate reservations, F&B operations, housekeeping and maintenance
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Manage budget, stock control, and operational reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a villa manager or similar position in a hospitality role
- Strong F&B operational experience
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
- Strong guest relations and problem – solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage a small team independently
- Computer literacy and basic reporting skills are a requirement
