F&B PRODUCTION
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Responsibilities:
- Oversee F&B Production operations in a resort setting
- Design and create innovative menus that reflect various world cuisines
- Manage and train the Kitchen team to ensure a high culinary standards and teamwork
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and budgeting to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with Purchasing to source high quality products and ingredients
- Promote a positive dining experience by personally engaging with guests
- Responsible to be updated on culinary trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Executive Chef or 5 years experience as Executive Sous Chef in a resort environment
- Technical expertise in a variety of world cuisines is essential
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent in communication skills
- Strong logistic abilities for budgeting and costing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with guests and enhance their dining experiences
