Senior Executive – Logistics (Location : Welisara)
Are you ready to take charge of critical operations that ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence across the value chain? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Logistics to oversee trade returns, scrap management, POSM operations, and Outsourced VAS operations while driving operational effectiveness and business continuity.
- Lead and manage outsourced labelling operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Oversee trade returns processes for both salable and unsalable returns, driving efficiency and compliance across operations.
- Manage the collection of returns, system entries, complaint handling and accurate record keeping to support smooth operational flow.
- Conduct trend analysis on returns to identify key insights and recommend corrective actions for process improvement.
- Oversee scrap operations of unsellable returns, ensuring adherence to company policies and sustainability standards.
- Drive effective inventory management and distribution of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to customers, ensuring availability and timely execution.
- Manage welfare shop operations at the Welisara location, including stock management, replenishment, and customer service excellence.
Who We Want
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics management.
- Strong expertise in stock management and physical distribution.
- Proven experience in customer service management and vendor stock coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional excellence.
