Waste Wealth Supervisor

In March 2024, Soneva embarked on an exciting milestone in its 27-year history, with the launch of Soneva Secret, an all-new, ultra-exclusive luxury resort concept. Found within a remote atoll on the northern tip of the Maldives archipelago, Soneva Secret 2023 will feature just 14 villas, offering unsurpassed levels of service, personalization, privacy and rare guest experiences.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of waste segregation, recycling, and sustainability practices.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
