Maintenance Coordinator

Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support the efficient operation of the Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of coordinating maintenance activities, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily engineering operations while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.

Qualification and experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar coordination or administrative role within an engineering or maintenance department, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Task and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and engineering documentation.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to address maintenance requirements efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory control and monitor engineering stores and spare parts.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence for the Chief Engineer.
  • Ensure compliance with resort standards, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
