EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FD MARKETING

Location – Homagama, Wennappuwa, Kandy, Kuliyapitiya

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Actively engaged in marketing, promoting and canvassing fixed deposits and savings products to existing and new clients.
• Identify new market segments for new deposits and have the ability to direct and motivate fund mobilization staff.
• Be able to manage deposit portfolio and procure funds from high net worth clients and from general public.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective fund mobilizing opportunities.
• Meet assigned targets and fund mobilizing volume to ensure the profitability of the branch.
• Creating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy.
• Should be methodical, result oriented and should possess the capability of working under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of integrity.
