ASSISTANT MANAGER INTERNATIONAL MARKETING

We invite a professional in international sales and marketing to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as Assistant Manager International Marketing to function full time on site at Dankotuwa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue generation and achieve NP targets for the assigned market.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market needs, and the competitive landscape to stay ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development initiatives with evolving trends and needs.
- Develop and execute new market entry strategies, including partnerships, joint ventures, or direct market entry to expand customer base.
- Identify and exploit opportunities to enhance the brand image and positioning.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, international business, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in international sales & marketing, preferably in lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
