We are currently looking for a proactive, creative and results-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to work across branding, digital marketing, integrated campaigns and stakeholder engagement, while developing the leadership capabilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, paid media and campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Coordinate creative development and marketing collateral with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing technologies.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support marketing process improvements, while mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth marketing execution and timely approvals.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – MARKETING
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding or digital marketing.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
- Experience in managing digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent project management, organisational, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinking with commercial awareness, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and AI-powered marketing tools.
