EXECUTIVE - LEASING MARKETING

As an Executive – Leasing Marketing, you will be responsible for driving branch-level business growth, portfolio expansion, and profitability while ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance. The role involves executing lending and marketing strategies, achieving assigned KPIs, expanding the loans and advances portfolio, and strengthening customer relationships. You will contribute to business development initiatives, support risk-managed growth, and uphold service excellence within the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. THE JOB ROLE

  • Support branch business growth, profitability, brand visibility, & efficient execution of leasing and lending operations.
  • Execute the company’s lending & marketing strategies to grow the loans & advances portfolio in line with assigned KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio expansion through field-based marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective customers and business partners to generate new business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all products and portfolios.
  • Adhere to company credit risk parameters and follow prescribed processes to mitigate potential risk factors.
  • Support initiatives to strengthen customer service standards and enhance service delivery across operations.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institute.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
  • Sound knowledge of leasing and lending products, credit evaluation, business development, and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.
