We are looking for a dynamic and result – oriented professional to join our team in a fast-paced and challenging shipping environment.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE MALE / FEMALE
JOB ROLE
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare invoices, Payments, book keeping and bank reconciliation
- Maintaining Petty Cash and assisting the required financial activities
- Prepare of documents / reports for annual audit and Quarterly Tax related documents
- Prepare Salary and EPF/ ETF payments
- Support to bank – related work
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in the finance and accounting field
- Degree in Accounting & Finance/Diploma, Part qualification in AAT/ACCA /CA /CIMA will be an added advantage
- Excellent computer literacy Microsoft Office package and Email
- Education: G.C.E. Advance Level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English/ Sinhala
- Age below 45 years candidate
DRIVER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide transport support for marine operation, including port visit on board documentation work
- Assist in crew and staff transfer, including airport pickups and drop offs, ensuring punctuality at all time
- Maintain accurate vehicle running sheet and repair record book
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, cleanliness and operate safely
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid riding / light vehicle license
- Minimum 1-2 year driving experience
- Good knowledge of Colombo and Outstation routes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Holidays, weekends and nights
- Strong responsibility, punctuality and discipline
- Age between 30 to 55 years
