We are looking for a Skilled and Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team.

Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities of machinery, cold rooms/refer containers, Ice machines and factory equipment.
Ensure smooth operation of production lines with minimum downtime.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain proper records of all repairs & services.
Manage utility systems including generators, compressors, solar power system and water and wastewater management systems.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring workplace safety and compliance with food safety standards.

Age between 35-55 years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably in the food manufacturing industry).
Diploma or NVQ level 4 or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, refrigeration systems, and factory utilities.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Should be able to write and read English.

Salary is negotiable

After successful completion of one year of service, you will be entitled to a monthly production bonus
