RECOVERY
Junior Executive - 84, Ward Place
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recover overdue markup principal installments & over dues on the assigned mid delinquent portfolio.
- Conduct on-site customer visits at residences and workplaces to facilitate recoveries.
- Performing other recovery actions following the recovery policy guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information.
- Record recovery outcomes and provide regular operational feedback.
- Prepare recovery related information for reporting and MIS purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with the recovery team and support colleagues when required.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification (higher qualifications will be an added advantage).
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
