EXECUTIVE - RECOVERY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and visits when required.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and settlements to facilitate timely debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery activities.
- Monitor assigned accounts and ensure recovery targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Prepare regular recovery reports and provide updates on collection performance to management.
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in collections, recovery, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
