Junior Executive – Customer Service
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and proactive individual to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Junior Executive – Showroom. The successful candidate will support daily sales operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure an excellent customer experience while contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team by coordinating day-to-day sales and customer service activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Process sales orders, promotional requests, and special approvals accurately and on time.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and delivers a professional customer experience.
- Provide timely sales-related information and administrative support to the Sales team.
Skills and Experience Required
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
