ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Hindi speaking Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Promote the company’s products and services while identifying customer needs.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional support and follow-up.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in Hindi and English.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM and internal systems.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of the Forex market, trading concepts, and financial products is required.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer handling skills.
