Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. The role includes handling tax-related matters, preparation and submission of statutory returns, and liaising with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and other regulatory authorities.
Responsible for managing debtor follow-ups and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role includes monitoring overdue accounts, handling defaulted debts, initiating recovery actions, and coordinating with legal representatives to pursue necessary legal action where required, while supporting overall credit control processes.
Handle customer inquiries, coordinate air freight bookings, coordinate and verify shipment documentation with customers, liaise with airlines and clients, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Gain hands-on experience by supporting both Finance and Human Resource functions. Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, basic accounting tasks, and financial documentation, as well as HR activities such as recruitment coordination, employee records management, and administrative support. Exposure will also be provided in handling EPF/ETF processes, payroll-related documentation, and statutory compliance.
Gain exposure to both sales and airport operations within the air freight sector. Responsibilities include supporting customer coordination, assisting in business development activities, liaising with internal teams and airport operations, and contributing to the smooth handling of cargo and documentation processes.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards. Analyze business performance and identify trends. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and other analytical tools. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Prepare and process air freight invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with customers regarding invoicing, payments, and account-related inquiries. Liaise closely with airline staff to verify shipment details, billing information, and outstanding balances. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure timely settlement of airline and supplier invoices. Reconcile customer and supplier accounts, including bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Provide administrative and accounting support to the Head of Finance as required.
