Häfele Sri Lanka HR functions with fully automated processes using Success Factors as HRMS and other internally developed and integrated portals like Leave and Attendance and Payroll. The position works in close coordination with Häfele Corporate Team in India and acts as a pivotal custodian of corporate processes, values, culture, and People Management in the Sri Lanka region.
QUALIFICATION: MBA or Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification
EXPERIENCE: More than 5 years of relevant experience
SKILLS: Excellent written & verbal communication in Sinhala, Tamil & English; Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and approachable personality; Proficient in use of MS Office Applications
